I had a chiropractor who recommended EPA fish oil and magnesium for pain relief. I've been diagnosed with myofacial pain syndrome from years of sitting behind a computer. I take a few supplements and I believe they work together to help my pain relief. I take Calm Magnesium (which I drink with Nettle tea), Olympian Labs coral calcium, and Garden of Life raw prenatal vitamins for my iron. I've noticed the combination of Meo Nutrition fish oil, Calm magnesium, coral calcium and Nettle tea dramatically decrease my pain. I've gone from three extra-strength Aleve plus Tylenol everyday to taking Tylenol every other day. The pill is big but it's palatable and you only have to take it once a day (with a meal). There are no fish burps or aftertaste. I did a lot of research and I believe that this brand is far better absorbed, high quality and affordable. It's worth the money for me not to hurt and I will definitely be re-ordering.

I'm skeptical when it comes to supplements but this one does work. I purchased it in Hope's to relieve pain from the Rheumatoid arthritis in my lower back and arthritis on my wrist. I'm not sure if it helped with my lower back since I'm also dealing with DDD and a herniated disc, but I've felt a huge improvement on my arthritic wrist and the tendonitis on my right elbow. It reduced the ache on my wrist by 95% and I don't feel my tendonitis anymore. Feels like it greased it up and improved my range of motion. The other benefits is added bonus to me. I highly recommend this if you suffer from joint pain, tendonitis, and arthritis.

I use moringa because I heard people say it helps to reduce glucose I am not sure if it works, since I take it along with my diabetic medication. I leave this to your own judgment.

Wasnβt sure if it did anything til I stopped usage and noticed my stress levels picked back up when my sugar level dropped so moringa does what it says itβs supposed to do which is keep sugar levels balanced.

My mother has been taking moringa after watching documentary of some old lady who benefits from moringa for diabete. I think it's Placebo effect but since she said it helps I bought it for a year. I will supply it until my mother say it doesn't help so far it did not happen for over a year.

This moringa comes in capsules. I guet a sense of the taste of ginger when I swallow them. My understanding from another brand is that I was to get a sense of well-being. Maybe I used to moringa over time, or maybe this lacks the sense of well-being factor.

I just got my B12 and squirted it under my tongue but haven't swallowed yet lol. You have to squirt 1 mil under your tongue and hold it there for 20 seconds. I normally take a melt once a week that dissolves, but I wanted to try this liquid because it takes the melt a while to dissolve and I don't really like it the texture as it's dissolving. Ok, I swallowed just now and it isn't bad at all! I have the Raspberry flavor and that's all I tasted. I'm hoping I get some extra energy out of this product and regrowth of my hair. I had weight loss surgery in Jan 2025 and I'm losing a lot of hair . I'll keep you posted!

If you're anything like me (middle aged male) and once or twice a week you come home from work, eat dinner, and can't help but fall asleep because you feel like you haven't slept in days, you might benefit from these. I questioned whether or not they were a benefit until I ran out in between deliveries. What a difference! I went two months without feeling like I had been sleep deprived for a week!

I started this 3 months ago to address my A1c levels which had been rising steadily and were in the pre-diabetes range the past 5 years. I tried everything: tracking my food and macros on MyFitnessPal, decreasing sugar intake significantly, strength training 3 days a week with a personal trainer who pushes me, HIIT rides 3 times per week on my Peloton, increased fiber (30 grams daily) and water (60-90 ounces per day) intake, maintaining healthy weight (formerly 136, down to 122 and now at 116 due to berberine). Nothing worked and in some cases it got worse. I was beyond discouraged until I listened to a podcast by Andrew Huberman who mentioned berberine so I tried it. My A1c dropped significantly and I am no longer pre-diabetic despite slipping a bit ( ok, a lot) on sugar and simple carb intake due to some life stressors. I am a believer and highly recommend trying this supplement. I am 69 years old, super active and constantly researching ways to live my best life. Berberine is a key component and has been life-changing for me. I highly recommend it based on my experience.
