How do I cancel my subscription?

Three ways. The fastest is from your account: My Account → My Subscriptions → Cancel. Confirmation email arrives within 1 hour. Full instructions on our Cancel Subscription page.

How do I get a refund?

Within 90 days of delivery, email support@meonutrition.com with subject "Money-back guarantee" and your order number. We refund within 5 business days. You don't need to return the product. See our 90-Day Guarantee page.

How long does shipping take?

US orders: typically 5–7 business days from order placement. Tracking number is emailed when the package ships (not when the label is generated). International orders: 10–21 business days.

I received a charge but I don't remember subscribing

Email support@meonutrition.com with the charge date and amount. We will refund within 5 business days if you didn't authorize a recurring charge. We never bill customers who haven't explicitly opted into a subscription.

How do I report a side effect or adverse reaction?

Email support@meonutrition.com immediately. You can also report directly to the FDA via MedWatch (1-800-FDA-1088). See our Adverse Event Reporting page. Reporting does not affect your refund eligibility or your ability to leave a review.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every batch is tested for identity, purity (including heavy metals), and potency. We are pursuing ConsumerLab listings for our hero SKUs.
