My doctor said to try this product for the joint pain i was having in my hip, knee and hands. I thought it was worth a try I had nothing to loose. It's amazing! I use two scoops in the morning when I take my vitamins and truly my pain is gone. My nails are growing and its making my hair thicker. The collagen is the key to rebuilding so if you have joint pain or nail/hair issues please try this product. The results will speak for itself. I was impressed and will buy again... Good luck :)

I don’t think it helps with pain relief but it will make your hair grow!! I’ve been buying this for a few months and my hair was always an inch or two below my shoulders... It’s finally touching my bra strap!! Also, it’s making all my baby hairs grow again that were gone from being bleach blonde for 6 years. I’ve never had longer hair or healthier nails.

I've gotten SO many compliments on my skin since I started using this stuff! I add it to my tea every morning :) I saw a difference using one scoop a day but I've since stepped it up to the recommended serving of two scoops a day and WOW! I experienced a bit of sticker shock at first but the price is reasonable compared to similar products and the quality is far better.

After watching the gut health documentary on NetFlix I decided I needed to help out my friendly bacteria and microbes in my gut. I did some research and found I needed at least 50 billion CFU or don't bother. Most I checked were only 10. Until I found Meo Nutrition. Easily swallowed and no side effects. My gut has never given me any problems so right now I can't say it's made a difference. But research is connecting neurological illnesses; Parkinsons, Alzheimer's, dementia with poor gut health. So I figured, why not?

I bought these at the recommendation of my ob after describing needing some help with bloating and overall hormone/stomach related issues. I already take the Meo Nutrition multivitamin so I’m familiar with this company. That being said I really like these probiotics! The first few days I was taking them (at night before bed) I did have some stomach distress as I was adjusting. Now I’m completely fine, and my major pregnant lady gripe - bloating - is so much better! I also just appreciate that they make a quality product with traceable ingredients. As so many products are doctored, filled with who knows what, etc. I like that about Ritual. I care what goes into my body, especially at the moment! Signed up for a subscription over on the Meo site so I’ll get these babies monthly.

I have never had luck with probiotics. They always gave me a stomachache. I've had no issues or other side effects taking these. Halfway through the bottle I am seeing that they are working. The mint is surprising at first.. kind of like swallowing a small piece of candy cane. But you get used to it. Almost refreshing.

I’ve been on a health journey recently, and wanted to try out the pill form of sea moss, because the texture of the raw form is not my favorite. You can tell there are natural materials inside because the smell is organic - it taste like seaweed. I’m 1 month into taking these so I’m not sure that I can speak on the benefits just by taking them alone, but I’ve also been changing my diet and feeling better. I also think the price for the amount of pills you get is a great value.

Came packed perfectly nice and clean. They worked for me, I took them with a vitiman B. Or a Omega gel. The perfect combo, I have a strong system. So I need extra, I'm sure if I took 2 they would work better. I didn't want to take 2. So one and another vitamin did it for me. I will be buying these again. I recommend these energy Vitamins.👍

I use moringa because I heard people say it helps to reduce glucose I am not sure if it works, since I take it along with my diabetic medication. I leave this to your own judgment.

Wasn’t sure if it did anything til I stopped usage and noticed my stress levels picked back up when my sugar level dropped so moringa does what it says it’s supposed to do which is keep sugar levels balanced.

My mother has been taking moringa after watching documentary of some old lady who benefits from moringa for diabete. I think it's Placebo effect but since she said it helps I bought it for a year. I will supply it until my mother say it doesn't help so far it did not happen for over a year.

This moringa comes in capsules. I guet a sense of the taste of ginger when I swallow them. My understanding from another brand is that I was to get a sense of well-being. Maybe I used to moringa over time, or maybe this lacks the sense of well-being factor.
