Within 90 days of receiving your order, email us at support@meonutrition.com or open live chat on meonutrition.com with subject "Money-back guarantee" and your order number. We refund within 5 business days. You don't have to send the product back.
What "no questions asked" actually means
- You can be using the product. We don't require unopened bottles.
- You can be most of the way through the bottle. We honor the guarantee even on finished product.
- You don't pay return shipping.
- We may ask once, optionally, why — your refund happens regardless of your answer.
The Process
- Within 90 days of delivery (we count from delivery date so shipping doesn't eat your window)
- Email support@meonutrition.com or open live chat on meonutrition.com with order number + "money-back guarantee" in subject or first message
- Refund within 5 business days to your original payment method
- Confirmation email when refund is processed
What's Covered
- Any Meo Nutrition product purchased directly from meonutrition.com
- One-time orders and subscription orders
- Bulk orders (3-pack, 6-pack, etc.) — full refund on the whole bundle
What's Not Covered
- Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or other resellers — those are governed by the reseller's policy
- Products older than 90 days from delivery
If We Fall Short
If your refund hasn't arrived within 5 business days of confirmation, reply HUMAN to your support email to escalate to a senior agent within 24 hours. You can also email support@meonutrition.com again with "ESCALATE" in the subject, or open live chat on meonutrition.com and ask for a senior agent. Email and live chat are our only contact channels — both are monitored daily.
