Try any Meo Nutrition product. If you don't love it, we refund you. No questions asked.

What "no questions asked" actually means at Meo

  • You can be using the product. We don't require unopened bottles.
  • You can be most of the way through the bottle. We honor the guarantee even on finished product if you didn't feel the benefit.
  • You don't have to send the product back. Keep it, toss it, give it to a friend — your choice.
  • You don't pay return shipping. There's no return shipping cost because there's no return.
  • We won't ask you 5 questions about why. We may ask once, optionally, so we can improve. But your refund is processed regardless of your answer.

How the Guarantee Works

  1. Within 90 days of receiving your order (we count from delivery, not from purchase date — so international shipping doesn't eat your window).
  2. Email support@meonutrition.com or open live chat on meonutrition.com with your order number and the words "money-back guarantee" in the subject or first message.
  3. We refund your full purchase price within 5 business days to your original payment method.
  4. Confirmation email is sent the moment the refund is processed.

What's Covered

  • Any Meo Nutrition product purchased directly from meonutrition.com
  • One-time orders and subscription orders (subscription orders are also free to cancel — see Subscription Policy)
  • Bulk orders (3-pack, 6-pack, etc.) — full refund on the whole bundle

What's Not Covered

  • Products purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or other resellers — those purchases are governed by the reseller's return policy
  • Products older than 90 days from delivery date
  • Customers who have already used the guarantee on the same SKU twice (this is rare; we want to know if a product genuinely isn't working for you)

If Something Goes Wrong

If your refund hasn't arrived within 5 business days of confirmation, or if you feel CS isn't honoring the guarantee:

  1. Reply HUMAN to your support email — this routes you to a senior agent within 24 hours.
  2. Or email support@meonutrition.com again with "ESCALATE" in the subject, or open live chat on meonutrition.com and ask for a senior agent.
  3. We mean it when we say we honor the guarantee.
