During this mega flu season, I kept hearing people talk about Elderberry this and Elderberry that for the flu. So much so that you can't find Elderberry anything on store shelves locally. Personally, I had come down with a pretty nasty sore throat and a minor fever. Didn't think it was the flu, and strep test came back negative, but I was worried an irritated throat could easily take on something else like the flu or otherwise.
