    When I found out I was diabetic, I was prescribed: 500mg of Metformin twice a day. Went from 150lbs to 116lbs in 4mos, and A1c from 7.8 to 5.7. Dr. discontinued the meds, but I wanted to continue with something to keep my bloodsugar under control. Mainly because I still use (natural raw) sugar, but mix it w/stevia (the artificial sweetners just

    don't agree with me..especially Splenda). I originally took a berberine supplement that was pretty expensive and didn't contain cinnamon. So began checking out online supplements for something less expensive & came across this. The great thing is, it's cheaper & contains "organic" Ceylon Cinnamon. I'd read of taking berberine OR cinnamon to keep sugar levels under control. So when I saw the Meo also offered Berberine, I thought "this is great"!
