Of course as anyone would say, please talk to your doctor before taking any supplements. Iβve been taking this Berberine for about a month now, and I am down 8 lbs. I noticed I wasnβt as hungry, but make sure you drink plenty of water! I had a lot of thirst especially when I first starting taking it. I also always take 2 capsules BEFORE eating to avoid eating too much. Anytime Iβve taken it after eating I always end up feeling overfull. I take 3g a Day, 1g in the morning before going to work, 1g before eating lunch, and 1g before dinner. Hope this helps!
