Although I do have a glucometer, I haven't tested my postprandial sugar levels after taking this product, but anecdotally if I take two capsules I may feel a little hypoglycemic a few hours afterward, so I definitely think something is going on!
Also, it makes your pee smell different, and don't take after a meal because it might cause a little acid reflux. I try to have some before carby meals, and I don't take it everyday.
