I just got my B12 and squirted it under my tongue but haven't swallowed yet lol. You have to squirt 1 mil under your tongue and hold it there for 20 seconds. I normally take a melt once a week that dissolves, but I wanted to try this liquid because it takes the melt a while to dissolve and I don't really like it the texture as it's dissolving. Ok, I swallowed just now and it isn't bad at all! I have the Raspberry flavor and that's all I tasted. I'm hoping I get some extra energy out of this product and regrowth of my hair. I had weight loss surgery in Jan 2025 and I'm losing a lot of hair . I'll keep you posted!
