Itβs not a miracle cure for my low moods but it does really take the edge off and my quality of life as been getting better and better. I recommend using this in combination with exercise :). I do not take 200 mg everyday like the bottle describes because I was getting really bad headaches and felt lethargic. That is too much! I take this twice a week, maybe three. I am only giving this four stars because it makes me clench my jaw in my sleep the day I take it and I get a mild headache.

I'm on day 6 of taking these. I don't know if it's a placebo affect or what, but they are amazing!!! I was a little hesitant with reviews of some people's stomachs being upset. I have a pretty sensitive stomach and no gall bladder so I thought for sure id have issues. But I haven't had any side effects at all. I take them in the morning and they don't make me tired but they do make me ready for bed at night! Usually I lay awake for hours but I've been going to bed around 10 with no issues. I noticed a difference after just two days of taking them. I'm less depressed, more motivated, and I've been getting so much more done. I haven't been nearly as irritabile as usual. The capsules are a bit large, but they have no aftertaste which is nice. I'm going to update this review once I run out and let you know how it's going. If it stays as it is, I'll be buying these for life!!
