Meo Nutrition Subscription & Cancellation Policy
When you select a "Subscribe & Save" option, you are starting a subscription that automatically ships and bills at the cadence you choose ,every 30, 90, or 180 days, until you cancel. Your card is charged the subscription price shown at checkout today, and the same price on each future refill date, until you cancel. If you do not want a subscription, choose the "One-time Purchase" option instead, and you will be charged only once with no future shipments.
We email you 5 days before every renewal. Before each refill ships and bills, we send a reminder to the email on your account showing the ship date, the charge date, the amount, and a one-click link to skip, pause, change, or cancel — so you are never surprised by a charge.
Cancel anytime, in one click, with no fees. You can cancel any subscription at any time, including in the days before a renewal:
- In your account: meonutrition.com → My Subscriptions → Cancel (about 30 seconds).
- By email: support@meonutrition.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and your order number. We treat the time stamp on your email as your cancellation time.
We will not require you to call, put you through a retention quiz, or charge any cancellation or restocking fee. A confirmation email arrives within the same day, and the cancellation is effective the moment you request it.
Charges after you cancel. If we ever bill or ship you after you have requested cancellation, we refund 100% of that charge within 3 business days, you do not need to return the product, and we credit any return-shipping cost you have already paid.
