Reviews Policy

We welcome feedback from our customers and appreciate you taking the time to leave an authentic review about our products. If you have non-product related concerns or feedback (e.g. specific questions about your individual order or subscription plan, our website, shipping and delivery, or product availability), please consider contacting us at support@meonutrition.com instead of leaving a review so we can help resolve the issue directly.

When it comes to publishing reviews, our goal is to be as transparent as possible, while staying compliant with guidelines set forth by the Federal Trade Commission, the Food and Drug Administration and consumer protection laws.

Our review-publishing principles

  • We display all legitimate product reviews regardless of star rating, including 1-star and 2-star reviews. We do not selectively suppress negative reviews.
  • Reviews are moderated only for content that violates the specific categories listed below (e.g. spam, hate speech, off-topic content, personal information).
  • We will always disclose when reviews are written by customers who have received gifted product, sponsorship, or other compensation in exchange for a review, or who have a material relationship with Meo Nutrition (e.g. employees).

When writing your review, please consider the following guidelines:

  • Be objective.
  • Focus on the product and your individual experience using it.
  • Provide insightful, helpful details about why you like or dislike a product.
  • All submitted reviews are read by our moderators and are subject to the terms set forth below.

Adverse Event Reporting (Important Safety Information)

Your safety is our priority. If you experience any adverse reaction or unexpected side effect from a Meo Nutrition product, we want to hear about it immediately so we can:

  • Help you with appropriate next steps
  • Document the event in our adverse event log per FDA requirements
  • Investigate the issue and notify our regulatory team

To report an adverse event:

We encourage you to also report through MedWatch even if you have already contacted us, so the FDA can track patterns across the supplement industry. Reporting an adverse reaction does not affect your ability to leave a public product review about your overall experience.

Reviews from customers with a material connection to Meo Nutrition

We will always disclose when reviews are written by customers that have received gifted or free product, have been sponsored by Meo Nutrition, or that have received a benefit from us in exchange for writing a review (e.g. a sweepstakes entry, discount, coupon, or free gift). In addition, we will always disclose when a review is written by someone who has a material relationship with Meo Nutrition (e.g. employees).

We reserve the right to reject or remove a review only for the following specific reasons:

Some reviews may get flagged, reviewed, and then later removed by our moderation team after previously appearing on Meonutrition.com. Reviews may be subject to removal only if they fall into one of the following categories:

  • Off-topic: reviews not actually about the product (e.g. only about shipping, customer service, or unrelated topics — these are better handled by emailing support).
  • Discussion of medical conditions or unsubstantiated claims regarding medical effectiveness: dietary supplements are not medications, and reviews making medical-effectiveness claims must be handled carefully under FDA regulations.
  • Spam, scams, derogatory or hate language: We choose not to publish reviews that we believe put our customers or site users at risk (e.g. reviews that are libelous, defamatory, unlawfully harassing, racist, biased, or reviews with personal information).
  • Unlawful content or activity: We choose not to publish reviews that infringe on third party rights or violate the law (including but not limited to false advertising laws, FDA laws and regulations, unfair competition, consumer protection).
  • Third party URLs and personally identifiable information: We choose not to publish reviews that contain personally identifiable information (e.g. your name, address or phone number), including the names or contact information of any Meo Nutrition employee.

Important: Negative reviews about product efficacy, taste, side effects, or your personal experience with the product are not grounds for removal. We display 1-star and 2-star reviews alongside positive reviews so future customers have an honest picture.
