Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Meo Nutrition $1,000 Monthly Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Interactive Ecommerce LLC d/b/a Meo Nutrition, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Sponsor"). Questions may be sent to support@meonutrition.com.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, whether or not related, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period and Entry Periods

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on September 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Period is divided into three (3) monthly entry periods (each an "Entry Period"):

Entries are eligible only for the drawing of the Entry Period in which they are received. Entries do not carry over to later Entry Periods. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter. Each method receives the same one (1) entry and has an equal chance of winning.

1. Entry with purchase. Each completed subscription order placed through the Meo Nutrition Beetroot offer page at meonutrition.com/products/beetroot-offer during an Entry Period automatically receives one (1) entry into that Entry Period's drawing. No further action is required. Limit one (1) entry per person per Entry Period, regardless of the number of orders placed or the method of entry. Orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back are void and the related entry will be disqualified.
2. Alternate Method of Entry (free, no purchase). Hand-print your name, full mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

   Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per Entry Period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the Entry Period and received within seven (7) days after the Entry Period ends. Each eligible mail-in entry receives one (1) entry into that Entry Period's drawing, the same as a purchase entry. Mechanically reproduced entries are not accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot or any other automated means, or by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the person whose name appears on the order or mail-in card, as applicable.

5. Prizes

One (1) prize will be awarded per Entry Period, for a total of three (3) prizes. Each prize is $1,000 USD, paid by check or electronic transfer at Sponsor's discretion. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $1,000. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Winners must provide a completed IRS Form W-9, and prizes valued at $600 or more will be reported on IRS Form 1099. Limit one (1) prize per person per Entry Period.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

Within ten (10) business days after the end of each Entry Period, Sponsor or its designee will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that Entry Period. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. A potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. A potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, and to provide a completed IRS Form W-9, within the time stated in the notification. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, fails to return required documents, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period.

8. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, including technical failure, fraud or any other cause that corrupts or affects the administration, security or fairness of the Giveaway, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway and award the prize(s) in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the action. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages or liability arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunctions of telephone, network, computer hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) lost, late, misdirected, damaged or undeliverable mail. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY.

10. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Giveaway or any prize awarded will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any claims, judgments and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering, and in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://meonutrition.com/policies/privacy-policy. Information provided through the Alternate Method of Entry will be used only to administer the Giveaway.

12. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Meo Nutrition $1,000 Monthly Giveaway Winners List, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, to be received within sixty (60) days after December 31, 2026, or email support@meonutrition.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winners List".

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
